- Cable ends are normally sealed with end caps, which also offer mechanical and environmental protection.Â
- Heat Shrink Heavy Duty End Caps quickly contract when heated over 121oC (250oF), which forces the melted adhesive lining to flow and cover the substrate.Â
- A flexible bond can be formed between a broad range of metals, polymers, and rubbers using the adhesive.Â
- The glue hardens as it cools, creating a long-lasting, flexible, and water-resistant barrier.Â
- At temperatures higher than 80ºC (176ºF), adhesive reflow will take place.
